How this comparison works.

TaxiTampere.fi brings published taxi tariffs together in one place. This website does not operate taxis or accept ride bookings. A provider link takes you to that company’s own service.

What we compare

The comparison includes taxi companies operating in Tampere for which we found a public tariff and enough information to calculate the same example journey. The selection does not cover every taxi service in the area. The tables use the same 10 km, 15 minute example with 1–4 passengers and the selected weekday departure time.

Sources and updates

Each table links to the original tariff and gives the date it was checked. We use the published starting, distance and time rates. The verification date changes when the tariff is actually checked. A source older than 90 days is flagged in the source list.

What the figures do not show

A tariff comparison does not measure driver quality, vehicle availability or actual waiting time. We have not carried out test rides for this first version. The figures are not live quotes and do not guarantee a vehicle or a price for your journey.

How the order is decided

The table is sorted by the calculated example fare. It is not an overall quality ranking. Any paid or affiliate links must be labelled “Commercial link”; the label does not change the price calculation or table order.
